Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking a bin. Still stuck? Call or text us at (587) 555-2467 — we love a good question.

How quickly can I get a bin delivered?

In most cases we offer same-day or next-day delivery across Greater Edmonton. Booking earlier in the day gives you the best shot at a same-day drop-off — but even next-day is usually no problem.

What size bin do I need?

We stock 12, 15, 20 and 25 cubic yard bins. As a rule of thumb: a 12 yard suits a single room or garage, a 15 yard handles roofing or a couple of rooms, a 20 yard covers a whole-home reno or teardown, and a 25 yard is built for construction and demolition.

When you're between sizes, size up — it's cheaper than renting a second bin. See our bin sizes guide for full dimensions.

What's included in the price?

Every flat-rate rental includes delivery, pickup, a 7-day rental period and a 1 tonne (2,000 lb) disposal allowance. The only possible extras are additional rental days ($10/day), overweight disposal, out-of-town delivery, or heavy clean-fill loads — and every one of those is confirmed with you before your bin is delivered.

What can I put in the bin?

Most household, renovation and construction waste is welcome — drywall, lumber, flooring, furniture, mattresses, roofing shingles, yard waste and general junk.

We can't accept hazardous, toxic or flammable materials, paint, oils, solvents, asbestos, contaminated soil, tires, batteries, propane tanks, or appliances containing refrigerant. Not sure about something? Just ask.

How long can I keep the bin?

Your flat rate includes a full 7-day rental. Need it a little longer? No stress — additional days are only $10 each. Just give us a heads-up before pickup day.

Will the bin damage my driveway?

No. Our roll-off bins have wide bases and we place protective boards under the feet to keep driveways, pavers and lawns safe. If you have a soft or delicate surface, tell us when you book and we'll take extra care.

How much weight can the bin hold?

Each rental includes up to 1 tonne (2,000 lb) of disposal. If you go over, overage is billed at a simple flat per-tonne rate (typically around $110/tonne). Heavy clean-fill like concrete, brick or dirt needs a dedicated heavy-load bin — just ask and we'll set you up.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Not necessarily. As long as we know exactly where to place the bin and the spot is clear and accessible, we can deliver and pick up without you there. We'll confirm placement details when you book.

How do I pay?

Whatever's easiest — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit, e-transfer and cash, and you'll get a clear receipt every time.
